If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

Returned to Address specified within 14 days.

Returned in original packaging and re-sellable condition deemed by us.

Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Food and water products can not be returned to be resold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
